Record
amount of transactions are taking place in Sunflower sales in 2020 season at
the Uzunkopru Commodity Exchange (UZCE) Electronic Sales Hall.
This year rainfall irregular and slight drop depending happen less than
expected yields in sunflower production, high price expectations that occur in
oil prices and the increasing demand of Turkey`s lounge sales volume of
transactions as a result of the formation above the expected rating because the
price is the highest market UZCE the well of the hall sales process it shows
itself. With the full start of the harvest, a record of 1,455 tons of sunflower
which came to the stock market on Tuesday, 08.09.2020, with 272 tractors and
trucks, was traded and a record was broken in the history of UZCE.
After the sampling and registration procedures were completed, their analyzes
were made and 1,455 tons of sunflower delivered to the Sales Hall were sold
electronically during the day.

Chairman of the Board Egemen Aslan, said that they have taken every precaution
to ensure that the farmers sell their products in a healthier and faster way
with the Electronic Sales Hall and that they have taken 14,000 tons of
sunflower for 2,668 transactions since mid-August, when the Sunflower Blend for
the Year 2020 started. The product was sold in Uzunkopru Commodity Exchange and
approximately 55 million TL product price was paid to our producers in cash
daily by our Members.
