·         To increase the satisfaction of those receiving service from our Exchange by meeting their expectations and needs within the framework of legal conditions and with the best service approach.

·         To attach importance to staff, member and producer training

·         To continuously improve its effectiveness by complying with the requirements of the Quality Management System.

·         To meet and exceed TOBB Accreditation requirements and to serve as a model for good practices.

 

We undertake on behalf of the entire Stock Exchange Board and Staff.

 

OUR FINANCIAL POLICY

 

Uzunköprü Commodity Exchange applies the principles, procedures and bases regarding the preparation of Income and Expense Budgets, which are prepared using generally accepted accounting principles in addition to the TOBB Budget and Accounting Regulation and relevant Legislative Provisions, the final account, ensuring transparency and uniformity in the accounting and recording system, recording all transactions, accounting for activities in a sound and reliable manner in accordance with their actual content, and preparing and reporting them in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with international standards.

Our Exchange utilizes the financial resources it needs to meet the needs of its members, to facilitate and develop their professional activities, to achieve its strategic objectives and to ensure its continuity of existence, in areas where risk is least, based on the principles of transparency and accountability, and manages them effectively with the authorities and responsibilities defined by legislation. 

 

OUR ISMS POLICY; 

        

·          To protect the information assets of our institution against all kinds of threats that may arise from inside or outside, knowingly or unknowingly, to ensure accessibility of information through methods defined within the scope of the ISMS system and to comply with legal regulations.

·         To ensure the effective implementation and continuity of the principles of Confidentiality, Integrity and Accessibility, which are the three basic elements of the Information Security Management System, in all activities carried out in our institution. 

·         To ensure the security of all data in our institution in electronic, written, printed, verbal and similar media. 

·         To serve its members in a principled and protected manner by following technological developments. 

·         To raise awareness about Information Security by providing training to all personnel working within our institution. 

·         To report all detected or potential Information Security vulnerabilities in our system to the ISMS officers and to ensure their investigation.

·         To identify existing risks by conducting periodic assessments of Information Security. As a result of these assessments, to review and follow up on the actions taken. 

·         To prevent and prevent any non-conformities that may arise from contracts in terms of Information Security, without causing any harm to the system. 

·         To provide the resources needed by the Information Security Management System.

Our fundamental Press and Publication Policy is to announce and monitor all activities of our Exchange, which are carried out within the framework of the Laws governing it and are not classified as secrets, to all our members, stakeholders and the public in all local and national press and publication outlets, including print, internet, radio or TV, adhering to the principles of equality, accuracy, impartiality, consistency, completeness, easy accessibility and appropriate timing, and to ensure continuous improvement by reviewing and updating our practices according to current conditions. 

 

OUR MEMBER RELATIONS POLICY

 

Uzunköprü Commodity Exchange aims to pursue a solution-oriented policy in line with its transparent and accountable principles, by committing to a member relations and satisfaction system in which members can easily convey their wishes, requests, and suggestions; these requests are handled quickly, effectively, objectively, fairly, and confidentially; no fees are charged; they are evaluated in accordance with the laws to which they are subject, and necessary improvements are made and monitored.
